Wireless connections
R2R utilizes the license free frequency band of 2.4 GHz for our customers wireless connection.
Operating on 2.4 GHz requires Line Of Sight (LOS) or Near Line Of Sight (NLOS) from the customers
location to our Access Point (AP) located on Pearland Regional Airport, previously know as Clover
Field Airport.
In some cases a mast may need to be installed at the customers location in order to provide a
LOS/NLOS connection.
Internet service with R2R is an always on connection, in other words there is no need to dial up
or log on. A 2.4GHz wireless connection is not affected by rain, fog or high winds.

R2R has erected a new 100 foot tower providing coverage for a larger area.
